Andrew used to be a hardworking man who would put his job before anything else, but, over the years, he has softened considerably. He still takes his job very seriously, but nowadays, he understands the importance of family, and tries to put that before his job if he can. He tries to be approachable, although he can still come off as very intimidating, since he sometimes lets his anger get the best of him. For the most part, he is an excellent listener, never jumping into things without hearing opinions on the subject.
